CanU Mental Fitness Workshop

It is a collaboration between HLF and CanU, a youth-led organization, to bring CanU students the basic mental fitness education in 2024 and 2025.

What is the Mental Fitness Workshop?

Based on HLF Mental Fitness Matrix ©, the Mental Fitness Workshop is an intensive session filled with practical activities that enhance students’ overall well-being and can be applied to their daily lives. Students will practice the Mental Fitness Power Hour, a quick circuit designed to complete mental fitness exercises in under an hour.
