HLF 2nd Golf Tournament

On August 27, 2024, HLF held our second annual golf tournament where friends and partners celebrated another year of positive impact on our community.

The Fundamentals of Mental Fitness course was funded by Manitoba Accessibility to develop eight units from the guidebook into eight videos in a digital video series that is highly accessible to schools and organizations. The series includes a teacher delivering the lessons alongside ASL interpretation.

The Mental Fitness Workshop is a part of the HLF Programming. It provides the foundations of mental fitness and gives practical tools for daily application. We partnered with CanU to provide the workshops to youth. A more detailed version of the workshop is also delivered to Mental Fitness Scholarship recipients.
